日時 2006年10月 3日(火) 15時〜15時50分 場所 経済学部新棟3階第3教室 講演者 戸田アレクシ哲(経済M1) 演題 Is 30 Times of Practice Sufficient to Reliably Intubate a Patient?: Estimation by Nonlinear Multiple Equation Generalized Method of Moments. 概要: We analysed the effect of intubation practice on two outcomes, (1) the probability of successful intubation, and (2) the occurrence of adverse effects, by implementing Multiple Equation Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to a probit model. Result: 30 times of intubation practice increases the probability of successful intubation from 70% to 80%, and decreases the occurrence of adverse effects from 60% to 30%. There were significant differences of ability among trainees. Estimation methods other than GMM might be inconsistent.
